OSHA Proposes Clarification on Employer's Continuing Recordkeeping Obligation

OSHA is proposing to amend its recordkeeping regulations to clarify that employers must continue to accurately record work-related injuries and illnesses, even if they initially failed to do so, and that this duty does not expire.
