Notice of Statutory Reconsideration of Petitions for Trade Adjustment Assistance

The Director of the Office of Trade Adjustment Assistance has reopened investigations of petitions filed between January 1, 2014, and June 29, 2015, to reconsider negative determinations for Trade Adjustment Assistance. This move aims to determine eligibility for adjustment assistance under the Trade Act of 1974, as amended by the Trade Adjustment Assistance Reauthorization Act of 2015.
