OSHA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Extension of HAZWOPER Standard Information Collection Requirements

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is requesting public input on its plan to extend the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval of information collection requirements for the Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Standard, which governs workplace safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.
