Federal Agencies Issue Guidance for Implementing Derivative Contracts Rule

In response to recent economic disruptions, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are providing a document to help depository institutions and holding companies implement the Standardized Approach for Calculating the Exposure Amount of Derivative Contracts rule for the first quarter of 2020.
