DOL Submits Information Collection Request for Diesel Particulate Matter Exposure Standards in Underground Mines

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a Mine Safety and Health Administration sponsored information collection request to review and approve the use of health standards for diesel particulate matter exposure in underground metal and nonmetal mines, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
