Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Securities Offering Disclosure Rules

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of an information collection titled 'Securities Offering Disclosure Rules' as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and is inviting the general public and other federal agencies to provide feedback.
