Department of Labor to Submit Information Collection Request for Respirable Coal Mine Dust Sampling to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor will submit a Mine Safety and Health Administration sponsored information collection request revision to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval on November 30, 2015, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The public is invited to provide comments on the request.
