Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Overpayment Recovery Questionnaire to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an information collection request for an Overpayment Recovery Questionnaire, which will be used to recover overpayments to workers' compensation claimants, and is submitting it to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
