SBA Proposes Amendments to Disaster Loan Program Regulations
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing changes to its disaster loan program regulations in response to the Recovery Improvements for Small Entities After Disaster Act of 2015 (RISE Act). The proposed changes aim to expand the definition of a mitigating measure, increase the unsecured threshold for physical damage loans, and address contractor malfeasance.
