OCC Publishes Technical Correction to Telephonic and Electronic Participation Rule

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has published a technical correction to its interim final rule allowing national banks and Federal savings associations to permit telephonic and electronic participation at board of directors, shareholder, and member meetings, effective May 28, 2020.
