U.S. Small Business Administration Amends Regulations to Implement Small Business Jobs Act and National Defense Authorization Act
The U.S. Small Business Administration is updating its rules to align with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 and the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013, establishing a government-wide mentor-protégé program for all small businesses and making changes to joint venture provisions and size regulations.
