SBA Implements Changes to HUBZone Program Regulations

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has updated its regulations to reflect changes made by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016, allowing Native Hawaiian Organizations to own HUBZone small businesses and expanding the definition of 'base closure area' and 'qualified disaster areas'.
