SBA Corrects Final Rule on Small Business Contracting and National Defense Authorization Act of 2013 Amendments

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has corrected a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register on May 31, 2016, to clarify the limitations on subcontracting for certain small business set-asides, including those above $150,000.
