SBA Proposes Rule Changes for Office of Hearings and Appeals

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing amendments to its Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) rules to implement changes related to Petitions for Reconsideration of Size Standards and agency employee grievances, as authorized by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016.
