SBA Corrects Small Business Mentor Protégé Programs Rule
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has corrected a final rule published in 2016, which pertained to performance requirements for small business and socioeconomic contracts, and removed an instruction to amend non-existent sections of the rule.
