California Disaster #CA-00243: Economic Injury Disaster Loan Declaration for Ocean-Related Delays in Commercial Crab Seasons

The State of California has submitted an amendment to its Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) declaration, which was originally filed on February 2, 2016, in response to the delayed commercial Dungeness crab season and closure of the commercial rock crab fishery, caused by ocean conditions, from November 6, 2015, through November 2, 2016.
