U.S. Small Business Administration Proposes Increase in Small Business Investment Company Licensing and Examination Fees

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to increase licensing and examination fees for Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) to offset its administrative costs, with the goal of recouping 70% of these expenses by 2028.
