U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Receives Authorization to Take Marine Mammals for Port of Miami Construction

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has been granted permission to incidentally harm small numbers of marine mammals during confined blasting operations at the Port of Miami in Miami, Florida, as part of the Port of Miami construction project, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
