Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Mandatory Contractual Stay Requirements for Qualified Financial Contracts

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, Mandatory Contractual Stay Requirements for Qualified Financial Contracts, as part of its ongoing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and invites the general public and other Federal agencies to provide feedback.
