US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Suspended Antidumping Investigation on Mexican Tomatoes
The US Department of Commerce has initiated a review of the suspended antidumping investigation on Mexican tomatoes, following a request from US growers/exporters to terminate the investigation and suspension agreement, which covers 85% of Mexico's tomato exports to the US.
