90-Day Finding on Petition to List Five Species of Sturgeon as Threatened or Endangered Under the Endangered Species Act

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced a 90-day finding on a petition to list five species of sturgeon, including the Acipenser sturio, A. naccarii, A. mikadoi, A. sinensis, and Huso dauricus, as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The agency will conduct a status review to determine if these actions are warranted, following a review of scientific and commercial information submitted by the public.
