U.S. Department of Commerce Implements Uruguay Round Agreements Act Determinations for Chinese Imports

The U.S. Department of Commerce has implemented its final determinations under Section 129 of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act regarding antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on certain Chinese imports, including new pneumatic off-the-road tires, circular welded carbon quality steel pipe, laminated woven sacks, and light-walled rectangular pipe and tube, in accordance with World Trade Organization dispute settlement findings.
