USPTO Adjusts Patent Fees for Fiscal Year 2013 to Reflect CPI Fluctuations

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is implementing a fee adjustment for fiscal year 2013, based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI), to account for rising costs of doing business in the US.
