OCC Announces Inflation Adjustments to Civil Money Penalties

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is notifying the public of its updated maximum civil money penalties, which have been adjusted for inflation to comply with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
