U.S. to Continue Antidumping Duty on Seamless Carbon Steel Pipes from Germany

The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have determined that revoking the antidumping duty order on seamless carbon steel pipes from Germany would likely lead to continued dumping and material injury to the U.S. industry, so the order will be continued.
