Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to Review Recordkeeping Requirements
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is seeking public comment on the renewal of recordkeeping requirements, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden, and has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget for review.
