U.S. Department of Commerce Affirms Affirmative Preliminary Determination of Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod from Mexico

The U.S. Department of Commerce has reaffirmed its preliminary determination that Deacero S.A. de C.V. is circumventing the antidumping duty order on wire rod from Mexico, as shipments of wire rod with diameters of 4.75 mm to 5.00 mm by Deacero constitute merchandise altered in form or appearance. Ternium Mexico S.A. de C.V. is not covered by this inquiry as it has not shipped wire rod with the specified diameters.
