Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; Vessel Monitoring Systems: Updated Requirements

As of January 1, 2013, vessels fishing in Atlantic HMS fisheries must have an Enhanced Mobile Transmitting Unit (E-MTU) installed and provide specific declarations about their gear and landing locations, with certain exemptions for vessels using old MTUs.
