US Department of Commerce Imposes Countervailing Duties on Chinese Solar Cells
The US Department of Commerce has determined that Chinese producers and exporters of solar cells are receiving subsidies and that massive imports of these cells have occurred over a short period, meeting the criteria for countervailing duties and critical circumstances.
