USPTO Proposes Changes to Representation of Others Rules
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is proposing to update its professional responsibility rules to align with those of most other U.S. jurisdictions, replacing the 1985 Patent and Trademark Office Code of Professional Responsibility with new USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct.
