U.S. Department of Commerce Affirms Countervailing Duties on Indian Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe

The U.S. Department of Commerce has confirmed that Indian producers and exporters of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe are receiving subsidies, which may lead to additional tariffs on these products in the United States.
