NMFS Withdraws Marine Mammal Research Permit Application, Submits New One

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has withdrawn its application for a permit to study marine mammals in U.S. coastal waters and submitted a new application for the same purpose, according to a notice published by the NMFS Northeast Fisheries Science Center.
