U.S. Rescinds Review of Russian Ammonium Nitrate Duties

The U.S. Trade Representative's office has announced the rescission of an antidumping duty administrative review of solid fertilizer-grade ammonium nitrate imports from the Russian Federation, effectively ending the review process.
