NMFS Opens Directed Fishing for Pacific Cod in Gulf of Alaska

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is allowing vessels using pot gear to catch Pacific cod in the Gulf of Alaska, in order to utilize the full 2012 total allowable catch (TAC) allocated to these vessels in the Central Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska.
