Expansion of Fagatele Bay National Marine Sanctuary, Regulatory Changes, and Sanctuary Name Change

NOAA has implemented changes to the Fagatele Bay National Marine Sanctuary, adding five new areas and renaming it the National Marine Sanctuary of American Samoa, with the new regulations taking effect on October 15, 2012, following a 45-day Congressional session that began on July 26, 2012.
