Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council Announces Public Hearings for Atlantic Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Amendment

The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council is holding public hearings to gather input on a proposed amendment to the Fishery Management Plan for Atlantic Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish, which may include direct federal management of river herrings and shads, and to analyze the environmental impacts of any proposed management measures.
