NMFS Temporarily Raises Yellowtail Snapper Catch Limit to 1.6 Million Pounds

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued a temporary rule to increase the annual catch limit for yellowtail snapper in the South Atlantic, following a request from the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council, to help preserve economic opportunities and achieve optimal yields in the fishery.
