OCC Seeks Public Comment on Credit Risk Retention Information Collection Renewal

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, 'Credit Risk Retention,' as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden. The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
