US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Antidumping Review for Romanian Seamless Pipe
The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of an administrative review of antidumping duties on seamless pipe from Romania, covering the period from August 1, 2010, to July 31, 2011, and found a dumping margin for ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Roman S.A.
