Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Adopts Final Rule on Withdrawal Periods for Collective Investment Funds

The OCC has finalized a rule allowing banks to extend the standard withdrawal period for collective investment funds, with certain conditions, and has made minor changes to the existing interim final rule published in 2020.
