US Proposes 2013-2014 Groundfish Harvest Specifications and Management Measures
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has proposed new rules to set catch limits and fishing regulations for groundfish off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California, in line with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act and the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan.
