National Marine Fisheries Service Announces 90-Day Finding on Petition to Delist Southern Resident Killer Whale

The National Marine Fisheries Service is initiating a status review of Southern Resident killer whales after finding substantial scientific information indicating the petition to delist the species may be warranted, following a 90-day review of a petition to remove the species from the Endangered Species Act list.
