US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Administrative Review of Steel Agreement with Russia

The US Department of Commerce has published its final results of an administrative review of an agreement suspending an antidumping duty investigation on hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products from Russia, which found the agreement was not meeting its statutory requirement to prevent price undercutting of domestic steel prices.
