US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Polyethylene Terephthalate Film from UAE Sold Below Normal Value

The US Department of Commerce has begun an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film from the United Arab Emirates, covering two producers, JBF RAK LLC and FLEX Middle East FZE, and found that JBF sold the film below normal value, while FLEX did not.
