U.S. Imposes Countervailing Duty on Chinese Solar Cells
The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a countervailing duty order on solar cells from the People's Republic of China, following an affirmative determination by the U.S. International Trade Commission that U.S. industry is materially injured by these imports.
