US Department of Commerce Finalizes Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination on Chinese Utility Scale Wind Towers

The US Department of Commerce has determined that subsidies are being provided to Chinese companies producing utility scale wind towers, which could harm US wind tower manufacturers. The Department has made this determination in response to a countervailing duty investigation, and the results will be used to decide whether to impose tariffs on Chinese wind towers.
