Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council to Hold Public Hearings on Artificial Reef Designation

The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council will conduct public hearings on January 15-17, 2013, to gather public input on potential designation of Delaware's five artificial reef sites as Special Management Zones under Amendment 9 to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan.
