U.S. Treasury Publishes General License for Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a general license (GL 132) for Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions, previously made available on their website.
