NYSE MKT LLC Seeks Extension of Pilot Program for Nasdaq Securities Trading

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change to extend the pilot program allowing Nasdaq securities to be traded on the exchange until the earlier of SEC approval or January 31, 2013.
