NYSE MKT LLC Proposes Rule Change to Reduce ATP Requirements for NYSE Amex Options Market Makers

NYSE MKT LLC has filed a proposed rule change to delete existing rule text regarding the number of ATPs required by NYSE Amex options market makers to quote on the exchange and move it to the fee schedule, which would take effect immediately.
